If you would like to return a NEW and UN-USED Bounce House, Moonwalk, Bouncer, Water Slide, Inflatable Slide, Obstacle Course or any other Backyard Inflatable, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number. No items may be returned without a RA#. Any items that have been opened are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. On all accepted returns, the customer is credited the full amount minus the initial Free Shipping costs and any restocking fees. All customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
