Please note that KidWise inflatables are designed to release air pressure from the seams and through the material. It is perfectly normal, and desired, to feel or hear air escaping or see bubbles in water parks. KidWise warrants their residential inflatable products for 30 days against manufacture defects. Use of a Residential Unit in a Commercial setting Voids the Warranty. KidWise warrants their commercial inflatable products for 1 year and blowers for 1 year from the date of purchase, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship.
